Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have $20million of current public liability insurance and all our equipment is tagged & tested. We have current WorkSafe insurances for our crew and we comply with Safe4Schools if you’re school is a member there too.
What happens if it rains?
If we have a chat 24 hours before your event and the forecast looks like the event won’t be safe or enjoyable if it goes ahead - we can move it to another mutually agreeable date that season. After this, the postponement fee is $150. If poor weather (wind or rain) forces an event to be stopped once we have arrived on site - no refunds or date changes can be made.
Can you suggest and license the movie for us?
We have years of experience in programming films events and we also run the Thornbury Picture House so we have lots of good suggestions for the choice of movie for your movie night. If you would also like to us license the movie on your behalf - we are happy to do so. We don’t charge for this service - we simply pass on the cost of the film to you. Please note - any film screening outside a private home needs to have that film licensed from the distributor.
Do you also sell cinema systems?
Yes we sure do. We can put together cinema packages to suit your needs. From an entire system, (info;atable screens, projectors, BluRay players and sound systems) to individual items. If you purchase an entire system,we can also provide you with a detailed run sheet of how best to manage your outdoor movie system.
Do you also supply beanbags, deckchairs and popcorn machines?
No, we don’t, but we can recommend some trusted suppliers who do.
